Base Compensation: $120-$150K
In a nutshell this will be a senior person who will shadow the CTO:
*Must know Oracle Technology including which Oracle Products will solve a customers’ Business Problems.
*Should have 15+ years experience.
*Must be outstanding communicator and capable of selling (part of focus is Bus. Development)
*Must work out of Dallas office. Company paid relo possible.
*Must have a Masters. An MBA is a plus.
*80% Travel
*Must know SOA, Web Services, Security, and Infrastructure.
Must Haves We must have a strong A Player – great communications, comfortable at C level, etc. Think in terms of a CTO type that can eventually take some of CTO's tasks.
